Exciting clones of Graciano and Maturana Tinta grown at our vineyard in Charleston, overlooking the Onkaparinga Valley, have been combined to producean elegant, deeply coloured and aromatic wine. Plum, raspberry, mulberry, menthol, sweet tobacco leaf and spice flood the palate and nose. Twelve months maturation in a young French hogshead has softened it so that it is ready to drink now but it can be put down for 5 years or more.
